Who is Violet Li?
Born in Shanghai, China, Violet Li traversed the cultural landscape, being raised in Taipei, Taiwan, before finding a home in St. Louis, Missouri. Currently, she resides in the vibrant city of Las Vegas, Nevada.
Her affinity for physical fitness ignited early on, leading her through a spectrum of practices from yoga to kickboxing. However, it wasn't until the turn of the millennium that she unearthed her profound connection to Tai Chi. With a steadfast dedication accumulating over 10,000 hours of study and practice, Violet emerged as a disciple of Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei, earning the esteemed title of a 12th Generation Chen Style Tai Chi Inheritor.
Her pursuit of mastery extended beyond Tai Chi, drawing insights from a mosaic of masters and grandmasters in Qigong and other healing art. Yet, Violet's journey transcended the realm of personal attainment. Driven by an insatiable curiosity to comprehend Tai Chi's therapeutic potential, she consulted with research scientists, medical professionals, and fellow practitioners.
Violet's expertise and passion earned her recognition on prestigious platforms. In September 2023, she graced the stage as a speaker at the inaugural medical symposium hosted by Harvard Medical School, illuminating the profound health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong.
