I’m so excited to invite you to an extraordinary QiGong and Nature retreat, Shedding .


January 29 - February 4, 2025 in celebration of the Year of the Yin Wood Snake, join me and 9 renowned QiGong teachers for a once-in-a-lifetime experience! We will gather in Palenque, Mexico at a beautiful retreat center near the Mayan ruins to rejuvenate ourselves. No experience is required.
